Director, CSIR-Water Research Institute
Ing. Dr. Emmanuel Obuobie is a Principal Research Scientist in Hydrology and Climate at the CSIR Water Research Institute, Ghana. He holds degrees from KNUST, Wageningen University, and the University of Bonn, including a PhD in Natural Science.
His expertise includes hydrology, water resources modelling, climate change adaptation, groundwater assessment, and irrigation. He has led and contributed to international research grants, supervised postgraduate students, and consulted for organisations including UNDP, UNEP, UNOPS, and IWMI across more than 21 African countries.
