A Public Health Scientist and Molecular Geneticist with over 20 years of experience, Prof. Osei-Atweneboana specializes in infectious disease control, medical parasitology, and molecular diagnostics. He earned his PhD from McGill University, Canada, and has led major research initiatives including COVID-19 diagnostics and environmental surveillance. With over 80 publications and multiple international research grants, he continues to contribute significantly to public health research, policy, and capacity development both in Ghana and globally.
