Ing. Dr. Frederick Yaw Logah is a Senior Research Scientist (SRS) of the Surface Water Division at the Council for Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) Water Research Institute (WRI), Ghana. He holds a PhD and an MSc. Degrees in Water Resources Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KULEUVEN) in Belgium, respectively. Thus, Ing. Dr. Logah is a qualified Water Resources Engineer with over 18 years of experience since joining the CSIR-WRI in 2008. He has coordinated various consultancy services for governmental and non-governmental agencies, companies, communities, and private individuals in water resources management, catchment hydrology, hydrographic surveying, hydraulic modelling, extreme-flow analysis (floods and droughts), and rainwater harvesting technology. With over 20 peer-reviewed publications to his credit, Ing. Dr. Logah is also responsible for supervising technical staff and field surveys, data collection and analyses, and reporting research findings.
